As the Project Manager, your main role will involve efficiently overseeing the full life cycle of real estate projects, from inception to successful completion. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the team to create, monitor, evaluate, and adjust Real Estate rebuild project plans as needed. $20 - $30 hourly

• Oversee and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis for potential projects
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on project status
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

• Strong knowledge of real estate development processes and procedures
