FIELD Project manager – Masonry and Hardscape
JOB Description:
We are full-service Hardscaping and Masonry construction company serving Charlotte NC and surrounding areas. Our projects include individual projects, along with homebuilding and commercial projects. We build outdoor patios, retaining walls, install brick, block and stone.
Easy Construction have been on the market since 2019 and seen rapid growth in our customer account and now ready to hire Field Project Manager to manage projects and help us grow to next level.
Experienced Field Project manager needed to oversee projects in Charlotte NC and surrounding areas, with knowledge of hardscaping and masonry fields of construction.
- Provide excellent customer service to current clients and homebuilders;
- Communicate and schedule crews for successful projects completion;
- Materials and equipment logistics;
- Effective time management;
- Knowledge of best practices and ability to read plans;
- Project management and completion;
-Hands on skills with hardscaping;
-Field estimates and change orders processing;
-Other duties upon request
SKILLS and experience:
- Previous experience in Hardscaping and Masonry required
- Ability to read plans and follow directions
- Great communication skills
- Clean driving record
- English and preferably spoken Spanish language
- Ability to heavy lift
- Ability and knowledge of construction equipment usage and operation
PAY:
Based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
