Hiring a great opportunity for someone looking to start or change careers! Gain experience working for a self-serviced excavation, concrete, and waterproofing organization in a brand new shop. Work alongside a collaborative team servicing over 80 pieces of equipment ranging from vehicles, heavy deisel, and heavy equipment. Growth opportunities available and supported!
Role and Responsibilities
The Shop Laborer is crucial to service operations by assisting with shop/facility needs and keeping rebar orders flowing.
- Responsible for running part/supplies to and from the shop and field.
- Responsible for all trucks being pulled into shops at the end of day.
- Responsible for weekly inspection, trash disposal and cleaning (as needed) of shop.
- Assist the shop with duties.
- Demonstrate ability to use a variety of fasteners, rod-bending machine, and other hand tools.
- Assist in the yard as needed.
- Assist Service Mechanic with basic service needs i.e. oil changes.
- Assist Head Mechanic as needed.
- Assist with facility and yard maintenance.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Education: High school diploma or GED (minimum).
