Eastman Machine Company is a leading cutting machine manufacturer located in Buffalo, NY. We are searching for full time Material Handlers to join our team. Our Material Handler position requires loading, unloading, and moving materials within the plant or work site. Material Handlers are responsible for the accuracy of pulling parts.

Other duties include:*Trucking*Making boxes*Storing supplies and parts*Labeling and filling oil/paint containers*Packaging knives and belts*Changing lights*Painting machines (not product painting)*Sweeping, picking up trash, and miscellaneous cleaning*Assisting packer crater in packaging machines for final shipment*Assisting in various requests and tasks for office personnel

Requirements:*High school degree or equivalent*Reading and math skills*Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Mechanical aptitude preferred for future advancement opportunities.

This is a UAW position, subject to a 90 day probationary period. After probation, benefits include, but are not limited to: health insurance, paid holidays, paid vacations, and a company contributed to 401(k) retirement plan.
