Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Development Manager to play a key role in our comprehensive development program. Your mission is to drive funding for our programs and services through in person meetings, major gift cultivation, annual gift renewals, event management and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate donor relationships and secure funding.
• Develop a local donor base, manage existing relationships, and build a portfolio of prospects.
• Lead local fundraising events and secure corporate sponsorships.
• Set and meet financial development goals.
• Maintain efficient data management and reporting.
• Willing to go above and beyond to make sure the donor journey is complete

Qualifications:

• CFRE/AFP credentials preferred
• Progressive fundraising/sales experience.
• Track record of increasing department revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Alignment with Easterseals Washington Values and Code of Ethics.
• Experience in constituent relationship management.
• Proficiency in CRM databases.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work effectively under deadlines.

Washington State Driver's License and proof of U.S. citizenship or right to work.

Pay Type: Full Time Monday through Friday

Pay: $60,000-$70,000/Yr.
