JOB SUMMARY: ABA Technicians provide specialized behavioral intervention services for children with autism spectrum disorders.

Your Role: ABA Technicians provide specialized behavioral intervention services and therapy for children with autism spectrum disorders. You will collaborate with our center's Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in providing tailored 1-on-1 therapy sessions for each child, and will be responsible for maintaining records and charts about each child’s progress.

Needed Attributes: Must be able to effectively communicate with many different types of people, and able to adjust to different communication and learning styles. Flexibility, patience, and organizational skills are imperative. Must be able to remain calm if client exhibits aggressive behaviors.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Capable of working independently, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the work environment and clients’ care
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and submit proof of vaccination

Pay: $17.00 - $23 per hour
