- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience working with people with disabilities, preferred
- Knowledge of interventions strategies, and general principles and methods for working with people with disabilities
- Assists individuals served with daily living skills, including, toileting, changing, and feeding
- Proficient in computer software, applications and programs
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Valid driver’s license & insurance & a good driving record
- Medical insurance, including a PPO plan, and a HDHP plan that offers a company contribution
