Eastern Research Group is Hiring a SharePoint Developer Near Arlington, VA

ERG is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to provide full-time support to a federal site in Indian Head, MD in the Washington DC metro area. The position is remote and will involve managing a range of SharePoint projects.

Job Description:

Configure and manage a SharePoint Online development environment
Design, develop and maintain SharePoint architecture and applications, workflows and forms, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Develop customized canvas Power Apps based on specific needs raised by government employees
Develop training materials for key stakeholders and conduct training sessions
Provide SharePoint administrative support for multiple SharePoint sites
Work with government employees to make changes and improvements to existing SharePoint databases and workflow updates
Ability to generate reports and analytics as requested
Ability to customize workflows for different employees
Ability to work in a self-directed atmosphere

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Minimum seven (7) years of hands-on experience in SharePoint 2016 or higher and SharePoint Online, design and maintenance
Experience with web services, JavaScript, .Net Framework, knowledge of CSS, HTML
Demonstrated experience with SharePoint integration with other apps (PowerApps and Flow, MS Word, Excel)
Skilled in Microsoft Access or Excel for SharePoint development, data analysis, and reporting
Demonstrated ability to collaborate/communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders
Have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance
Microsoft SharePoint certification is preferred but not required
Ability to travel to client site for occasional (3-4 times a year) Navy software synchronization
