HR Expeditor 

FLSA: Hourly / Non – Exempt

Purpose of position: Under general supervision, facilitate the interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new employees. 

Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties are typical of those performed by employees in this job title; however, employees may perform other related duties, and not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each employee in the job title: 

• Post and Monitor Job Requisitions in Applicant Tracking system(s)
• Contact selected applicants and schedule interviews
• Meet with applicants post interview to help expedite the pre-hire screenings
• Use ADP ATS system to perform background and drug screenings process
• Monitor pre-hire screenings for results
• Assist warehouse supervisors and manager with onboarding of new hire
• Follow up with new employees post hire to aid with new hire retention
• Travel between each local warehouse weekly to perform duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required
• 2 years of clerical or administrative experience 
• Strong phone customer service skills
• Proactive customer service, excellent communication and follow up, detail oriented, motivated, self-starter with a high work ethic along with good analytical problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and experienced working with computers and the ability to learn, navigate and use designated software programs as required to perform job functions
• Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and have the ability to interact professionally and positively with others within the department and organization
