EIHC is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician dedicated to serving the needs of our community.
SCHEDULE
Friday 8 AM TO 5 PM
Competitive compensation packages based on previous work experience, education, certification, and other relevant factors. $228,800.00-$374,400.00
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate team member success and smooth daily operations towards established goals by working with collaborative care model.
- Interviews patient to address the presenting/initial reason for visiting the clinic subsequent willingness for service(s) offered and indicated.
- Initiates and interprets diagnostic tests and procedures relevant to the patient’s current status, analyzing the assessment data in determining the diagnoses to prioritizes diagnoses using appropriate complex clinical reasoning.
- Current Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) waiver or willingness to obtain the MAT Waiver.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible required.
