**Responsibilities:**
- Prospect and qualify new leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and meeting sales targets.
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist with warehouse duties (receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, product delivery, etc.) when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industrial automation products and solutions is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
