Eastern Eye Associates is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Williamsburg, VA

We are an established, team-based private practice looking for an enthusiastic & friendly person to join our team. In this position, you will build relationships with patients and provide them with the best experience possible. If you are looking for a long-term career with the opportunity to help people and learn new things, then we would love to hear from you. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person.

Duties Include:

  • Greet and assist patients
  • Check patients in/out for appointments and collects payment
  • Answers phones and schedules appointments
  • Assists patients with understanding insurance benefits
  • Authorize insurance benefits
  • Prepares charts for upcoming appointments

We are looking for someone that is:

  • Highly detail oriented and organized professional
  • Courteous and friendly attitude
  • Dependable and hardworking
  • Able to multitask

Minimum Requirements:

  • Warm but professional attitude and appearance
  • Good computer skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
