A1 Quality Logistical Solutions is looking for an experienced Director of Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily warehouse priorities and activities for our warehouse facilities located in Indianapolis.

Position Summary:
You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards while achieving the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Our goal is to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company's overall market share.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be willing to travel.
- Must be 18 years or older for consideration
- Minimum of 2 years Warehouse Management Experience
- Strong knowledge of Shipping and Receiving
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills - BILINGUAL is a plus!
