Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with office organization and file management
- Assist with event planning and coordination
-Learn all aspects of the practice as well as EHR systems and all office duties.
Skills:
- Personal assistant skills to provide support to executives and managers
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Strong project coordination skills to assist with managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documents
- Familiarity with office systems, including file management and phone systems
- Strong Computer literacy for EHR software & Excel when needed.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. This position also entitles learning multiple posts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
