Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent required

· 2 years administrative experience

· Must have a valid driver license and acceptable driving record

· Strong organizational skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

· Quick Books Experience a Must

· Strong sense of personal accountability

· Comfortable working independently

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities Include:

· Create Repair Orders, Service Orders, and invoicing through QuickBooks.

· Set up new inventory items, create PO’s, and receive inventory through QuickBooks.

· Track and maintain inventory including regular inventory counts.

· Develop and maintain relationships with vendor contacts.

· Provide excellent customer service to walk in, call in, and internet customers.

· Assist both internal and external customers with parts identification, orders, and scheduling service.

· Update and maintain pricing as per monthly updates.

· Handle warranty claims from submission to tracking until payments are received.

· Complete and submit daily reconciliation.

· Provide daily content for social media platforms to drive brand awareness.
