- Prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll using Paycor
- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies.
- Maintain payroll records and handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Record all revenue entries related to wired home internet services to include accounting for non-returned equipment and inventory adjustments.
- Calculate and record depreciation for the company’s fixed assets.
- Manage amortization schedules for intangible assets.
- Maintain lease records and ensure proper accounting for lease transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary lease information.
- Record and manage revenue entries from Viasat, ACC, Hostopia, Connections, and Early Termination Fees (ETF).
- Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances identified during reconciliations.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Other duties as assigned
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
- Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in data analysis.
- Outstanding math & accounting skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail is critical.
- Must be a self-starter who requires little supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
