The Youth Care Worker is responsible for providing direct care supervision of youth residing in the residential facility. Creating and maintaining an environment of learning and behavioral management in a supportive manner. The Youth Care Worker will maintain a flexible, organized and efficient work schedule. MUST provide the following:

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED

- Copy of your resume

- Negative TB test is required

- AZ Drivers license - No DUIs

- Restrictive Training and Certification- CPI Certification a plus

- Level 1 Fingerprint Card required (Clear criminal background record)

- CPR certification required

(MUST provide and continue to update any expiring documentation)

FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME AVAILABLE

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

Available shift - (12AM-8AM) (Mon-Sun *days off vary)

Must be mature, experienced, reliable, and have the ability to work in a structured environment.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• Weekends as needed
