Eagles Crest Apartments is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Davenport, IA
Reliable, experienced Service Tech needed at Eagles Crest Apartments. Applicants must be experienced in painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, minor grounds keeping, and all around repairs. Candidate should live within 25 minutes of the property and have a clean criminal background. A successful candidate must have a driver's license and his own hand tools. Experience in multi-family housing maintenance is a plus. Candidate should have a pick up truck or SUV for minor hauling. Customer service is a plus. You may also pick up a application at the office at Eagle's Crest. 1701 Eagles Crest Ave., Davenport.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
