Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position that requires proficiency in electrical, welding, and mechanical knowledge.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and welding repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using precision measuring instruments and logic controllers
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks
- Assist in the installation of new equipment or machinery as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial maintenance, and precision measuring instruments
- Proficiency in welding techniques and mechanical repairs
- Familiarity with logic controllers is preferred
- HVAC/R experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
