- Manages the semi-monthly physician payroll process for up to 300 physicians per pay period
- Manages the payroll for 60-70 W-2 Employees
- Prepares payroll file
- Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns
- Preparing payroll reports for review by management
- Reviewing physician contracts for payment accuracy
- Correctly interpreting and applying complex contractual payment terms
- Testing and maintaining payroll data for process automation
- Prepare payroll journal entries
- Maintain employee expense reporting system
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Strong Excel skills required, including pivot tables, vlookups, and managing large amounts of data
- Proficient in Windows applications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate detailed information or in an executive summary
- Strong interpersonal skills in managing internal and external customers
