Overview:
Recruiting dedicated and skilled maintenance specialists to assist with maintaining our vacation rental properties.
Necessary skills:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good communication skills to interact with team members at all levels of the organization, cabin owners and guests.
Positive attitude, motivation, and desire to learn new skills.
General knowledge of maintenance repair is required, including:
* Carpentry repairs (deck boards, trim boards, doors, etc.)
*Drywall repairs
*Painting
*Light electrical (switches, outlets, ceiling fans, light fixtures)
*Light plumbing (toilet valves, faucet seals, water heaters)
*HVAC service experience preferred (we’ll continue your education)
*Hot tub service and repair is a big plus
Experience:
* Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Clear background check.
Must have your own basic tools.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
On your feet and walking around a lot, as well as bending and squatting.
Heavy lifting of up to 70 pounds and heavy carrying of 45 pounds or over required.
Climbing and / or ladder work is required.
Ability to follow procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above.
Good sense of direction. Familiarity with Sevier County area a plus.
Must be comfortable utilizing technology to complete your duties with reports and pictures.
