Our growing company is hiring for a software support specialist. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

Requirements

The candidate should have both solid technical knowledge and good communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide support to our software customers. Must be a dependable part of the team, as teamwork is vital to our continued growth and success!

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide customer level support for our software services 
• Assist in customer training for new software releases or solutions
• Maintain records of customer communications and related software inquiries
• Research and resolve new technical issues related to software application
• Manage multiple customer inquiries with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to deal courteously with customers, co-workers, and construction personnel 
• Communicate with peers/management effectively

Experience/Education:

• Previous software support experience preferred
• Associates degree (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in working with component design software preferred

Work Location:

• Mabank, Texas/Dallas, Texas
• Some travel will be required

Hours:

• 8AM-5PM
