Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance professional to oversee and manage maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, possess leadership qualities, and be proficient in mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise maintenance staff in daily tasks and projects
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and other systems as needed
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Skills:
- Proficiency in logic controllers, CMMS, and other maintenance software
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to weld and perform electrical work
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships
- Fluency in English for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
