PrideStaff is Hiring a Customer Advocate Near Bend, OR

PrideStaff, a recruiting firm specializing in staffing for Central Oregon businesses, is looking for enthusiastic Customer Advocate for an industry leading online outdoor products manufacturer. This position is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service through accurate and timely sales order processing; clear concise customer communication; tracking order status; and manage the return process. This position works a Monday-Friday schedule.

Customer Advocate Responsibilities include:

  • Answer and/or direct calls, emails, faxes continuously throughout the day.
  • Process all incoming customer orders into ERP system.
  • Assist customers with follow-up (Phone/correspondence) on product/order questions; back orders and/or delivery delays.
  • Stay informed/educated on products and relay minor technical information to customers.
  • Greet customers, visitors and check in vendors.
  • Partner with Procurement to monitor sale-able goods in stock levels and make adjustments as needed.
  • Process customer complaints and returns in ERP system.
  • Partner with IT team to address website issues; internal and external.
  • Comply with all current GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Follow all SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Customer Advocate Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year customer service and minimum of 2-years general office experience.
  • Zendesk and NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Multi-line phone management.
  • Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively with others in a team-based environment.
  • Must be able to meet timelines and/or projections.
  • Must have an acute attention to detail.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a typical office environment, with standard office equipment.
