Eagle Brook Church is Hiring a Property Manager Near Hugo, MN

 

Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for an organized, relational, and servant-hearted Property Manager to join our Property & Logistics Team. This person will manage day to day responsibility for the care and maintenance of Eagle Brook’s buildings and grounds. If you love working in property management and leading teams in the care of buildings and grounds, you may be the perfect candidate. POSITION SUMMARY

Champions Eagle Brook’s grounds and maintenance standards as set by leadership. Leads and sets expectations for the Property Management Team including the Maintenance and Grounds staff. Reports to the Property & Logistics Director.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees departmental standards for Maintenance and Grounds at all sites
  • Leads, develops, and supervises maintenance and grounds staff
  • Partners with the Pastors of Campus Operations to ensure Eagle Brook’s property standards are met at each campus
  • Oversees the establishment and management of vendor contracts for property needs 
  • Serves as a member of the launch team for new campuses 
  • Supports the expansion processes by determining how Property Management will support remodel projects and new building construction
  • Collaborates with Safety & Security Director to establish emergency preparedness and procedures
  • Oversees the maintenance volunteer team
  • Establishes, communicates, and holds staff accountable to OSHA standards (Facilities, Maintenance, and Grounds staff)
  • Prioritizes and schedules the Maintenance team’s projects, and tasks 
  • Oversees the Grounds Manager to establish and prioritize Grounds projects and processes
  • Oversees the care and upkeep of the Centerville Office and Operations Center 
    • Supervises and oversees custodial workers – staff and services
    • Maintenance and other projects
  • Determines and coordinates logistics for large church events (i.e., baptism services)
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to determine and coordinate Maintenance support for special events (i.e., Big Three Weekends, Student events, etc.)
  • Oversees Eagle Brook owned vehicle usage and scheduling
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or facilities management required
  • 3 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, and buildings/grounds management
  • Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefs
  • Knowledge and experience with OSHA and EPA laws and regulations
  • Effective communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and team building skills
  • Proven effective budgeting and departmental planning skills
  • Skilled in the areas of administration, leadership, and service

WORK SCHEDULE

Generally, Monday – Friday at our Operations Center located in Hugo, MN. Occasional nights and weekends as needed.

Classification: Exempt; Salary // Status: Full-Time // Team: Property & Logistics
