Outside Sales Rep/Account Manager (Insurance Roofing/Roofing Sales)

Location: Daytona Beach, Florida

Salary: Starting at $50K/yr Commission

A restoration team is looking to hire a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager. In this role, you'll oversee the entire restoration process, from initial contact to project completion, ensuring exceptional customer service along the way.

Responsibilities:

• Master product and service knowledge.
• Generate leads through prospecting and networking.
• Track and report on lead activity.
• Present initial proposals to potential clients.
• Attend industry events and training sessions.
• Conduct property inspections, documenting damages and key details.
• Manage subcontractor bids and determine project scope.
• Prepare estimates and attend client meetings.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Be available for emergencies and manage projects until full payment is received.
• Secure signed contracts and collect progress payments.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly (Monday-Saturday).
• Monitor and oversee project progress, ensuring quality and completion.
• Upload project documentation into the company CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance roofing or roofing sales.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new systems.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary (up to $500/week base commission).
• $725 monthly car allowance.
• Tiered commission structure (earn up to 30% of gross margin).
• Full-time position with a fluctuating workweek.
