Requirements:

  • Available to work entire season

  • Available weekends, nights, and major holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day Weekends Mandatory)

  • Available to work 25-40 hours per week (Full and Part time available)

  • Reliable transportation

  • Kitchen experience preferred but not required

​

Preparation of food - Includes cutting potatoes, onions, etc. Ability to work under pressure, take direction, and work effectively in a team environment. Gain knowledge of Fry, Flat-top, and Prep Stations. Learning to open and close the kitchen as a whole. When called upon, step in and lead line for varying amounts of time. Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant kitchen setting. Leadership experience is a plus.

All employees are required to sign a seasonal contract to work all holidays and finish the season to receive a monetary bonus. If you are not able to work until November, this is not the job for you.
