Oversee the general health and safety policies of their area.
Educational and experience requirements include:
Minimum 3-4 years construction safety experience or equivalent combinations of training and related experience.
Must have safe driving record and a valid driver’s license according to legal requirements.
Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete projects on schedule.
Knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is important.
Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and supervisory skills are very important.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
Knowledge of all federal, state, local, and company safety guidelines, rules and regulations required.
Ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measures is essential.
