E Homes is Hiring a Remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

Real estate office looking for energetic inside sales representative. This position is responsible for receiving all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and various sources. Call center experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Follow up with leads in the Customer Relationship Management software
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads)
  • Outbound calling, texting, and e-mail communication to set appointments and schedule buying/selling opportunities for our team of Real Estate agents
  • Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Discover motivation, competition, and financial specifics to qualify leads accurately

Compensation:

This is a part-time position starting at $16-$19 per hour (Depending on call center, sales, or real estate experience) plus bonus.

Previous customer service and call center experience, telemarketing, or phones sales preferred but not required.
