Strong Commercial experience required
1. Updating customers’ account with address/phone updates, notation of reason for calls/support provided
2. Providing direction to customers regarding account issues
3. Explaining payment methods
4. Processing of payments and check processing, i.e. phone payments
5. Resolving customer concerns/requests
6. Act as a liaison between the customer and various corporate departments
7. Initiating, explaining and executing various corporate processes
8. Address non-phone interactions with customer accounts included, but not limited to email and fax requests related to document fulfillment needs
