• Contacts prospective carriers
• Creates and inputs profile data into company repository
• Works in a team setting to cater to specific customer transportation needs
• Calls, profiles, and develops relationships with new carriers
• Builds and inputs carrier data candidates for specific freight opportunities
• Follows up with current carrier partners for relationship growth and maintenance
• Collaborates with other DLX departments to ensure customer success
• Assists team in strategic management of carrier solutions

• Focused, motivated, and organized work ethic
• Strong-wiled and comfortable with communicating over the phone
• Solid knowledge of technology
• Eager to learn and grow skills as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • This position will work in Excel on a daily basis
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in a similar field preferred but not required
