Dynamic Health and Fitness is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Moncks Corner, SC
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through effective account management
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Technical sales experience is a plus, with the ability to understand complex products or services
We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission.
