Duval Acura is looking for a part-time Front Desk / Receptionist to come be a part of our team!

The Front Desk / Receptionist will receive calls at our auto dealership, determine the nature of their business and direct callers to their destination.

The Front Desk / Receptionist will also answer basic inquiries, route incoming calls, take messages and provide basic information to all callers.

General office and clerical duties as needed. Automotive dealership or general office experience is a plus, but not required.

Currently hiring for afternoon and evening shift. On occasion, work hours may include mornings, afternoons and evening shifts.

Saturday shifts may or may not be required. Applicant must be flexible with schedule.

To perform this job successfully, candidates must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions, have strong verbal and written communication skills and provide exceptional customer service to customers.

All applicants are required to demonstrate the ability to pass all pre-employment testing to include : background checks, motor vehicle check and pre-employment drug test and able to present a valid drivers license.
