Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Dust Busters team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience working in a home service business. This position requires an excellent customer service presence, as this is the first line of communication for our company, calendar (CRM) management, and various software applications such as QuickBooks and Google Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls with a cheery voice to set appointments for customers
- Manage calendars and route accordingly in our CRM
- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Make sure all paperwork is correct when returned by crew
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and bill collecting
- Drop off checks to bank and end of business day
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
