We are looking for a hard-working, high energy Quick Service District Manager to join our growing team of Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant professionals. This District Manager for our company will be accountable for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurants while creating a strong group of professionals through recruitment, coaching, mentoring and development. The District Manager is in a position to lead their team by example following guidelines, procedures and our businesses values. The District Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Team Environment - Promote a team environment by fostering respect, coaching and feedback. Hire, train, and develop the right people and plan staffing levels to meet guest and business needs.
Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction - Hold guests as highest priority and role model exceptional guest service.
Profitability - Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
Skills:
-Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English)
-Math and financial management
