We seek candidates to join our team, with an active or temporary Florida Class D Security License to work in downtown Tampa—2 years of security experience required.

The ideal candidate would like to work with and safely handle wild animals, as the client requires.

Responsibilities:

Maintains a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises.

Job Duties:

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry.
• Professional conflict resolution skills.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Controls traffic by directing drivers.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Maintains environment by monitoring setting building and equipment controls.
• Maintains the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Ensures equipment operation by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The position begins immediately. Onboarding process: 1-3 days.
