IMMEDIATELY HIRING: 2nd shift unarmed guard Mon-Fri 3-11 pm

We seek candidates to join our team with an active or temporary Florida Class D Security License to work in the downtown Tampa area medical facilities—2 years of security experience required.

Responsibilities:

Maintains a safe and secure environment for students, patients, faculty, and staff by patrolling and monitoring premises.

• Conduct COVID-19 screening at checkpoints.
• Professional conflict resolution skills.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Controls traffic by directing drivers.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
• Maintains the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Ensures equipment operation by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
