Duke Manufacturing is hiring a Senior Customer Care Operations Coordinator to join our Customer Care team!

Job Summary:

The Customer Care vision is to positively impact our customers' experience with every interaction they have with Duke; before, during and after the sale. This role includes collaboration with our Subway management team, franchisees, and other key stakeholders. This role is responsible for working directly with the customer to quote their complete Subway restaurant equipment package, processing their orders, generating invoices, material tracking, and supporting their needs in a fast-paced team environment. If you have great QSR project management skills, are quick to learn technical aspects, love details, and have excellent communication skills, then this may be the perfect position for you.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects through all phases of the job including initial quote set-up, invoicing, purchasing, customer communication of timelines, final project billing and reconciliation and the shipment of product.
• Analyze equipment plans and other documents to prepare initial quote cost, and freight estimates.
• Work closely with the franchisee and construction manager to verify accuracy of their equipment needs to the most current quote and plans.
• Build strong positive relationships with vendors to keep up with their product offering, pricing, lead time, and understanding their equipment.
• Build strong positive relationships with Subway personnel, franchisees, vendors, Duke personnel, and other key stakeholders.
• Help to resolve and escalate vendor delays, operational issues, and any risks to completing projects on time.
• Work with a team to maintain a directory of franchisees, vendors, contractors, and other resource materials.
