Position Overview: We are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to act as the liaison between our construction team and our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, problem resolution, and service delivery on high-rise construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to ongoing construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project and site teams to address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the project progress and outcome.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of project updates and reports to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate through challenging situations.
