Duino Coffee is Hiring a Barista Near Mc Kinney, TX
Duino Coffee is looking for baristas to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, reliable and is passionate about our food, drinks and what our brand stands for.
Duino Coffee is an independent specialty coffee shop that was born in McKinney, just 2.5 years ago. Our mission is to create a hub for the community to meet, engage, celebrate and relate over craft coffee, specialty teas, indulgent eats and local arts.
We have openings for part-time role (about 20 hrs/wk) that will probably turn into a full-time role by mid or end of Summer.
Ideal candidates can demonstrate working barista knowledge, including experience crafting drinks, steaming milks and making latte art (preferred but not required). Experience with simple preparation of food is definitely a plus.

Requirements, Qualifications & Physical Demands
- *Prior barista experience is required. There is a practical portion of the job interview where your skills will be tested. *Register and cash handling experience is preferred, but not required. *Cross-training on simple food preparation may be required. *Well-organized and detail-oriented. *Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate effectively with fellow crew members and customers.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.50 - $15.00/hour.
