Responsibilities

*Prepare drinks and food items following recipes and standard procedures. *Monitor attendance, tardiness and time off *Assign shift and closing duties to crew members *Take inventory and place orders as necessary *Train new and current team members and maintain training standards and metrics *Act as a subject matter expert on all store positions, including food prepration *Maintain customer relations and promote Duino's products and brand *Adhere to company policies and health, safety and employment standards *Balance cash drawers and preparing cash deposits

Qualifications

*At least 2 years of barista experience is required. There is a practical portion of the job interview where your skills will be tested. *Supervisory experience a plus, but not required. *Craft coffee experience or equivalent is required. *Register and cash handling experience is preferred, but not required *Cross-training on food preparation is required *Well-organized and detail-oriented. *Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate effectively with fellow crew members and customers. *Available to work some early morning (starting as early as 5:30am) and evenings. We close at 7:30pm; we do not have late shifts. *Availability on Sunday is a huge plus, either AM or PM shifts.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $21.00/hour.
