Duino is an independent specialty coffee shop that was founded in McKinney, just 3 years ago. Our mission is to create a hub for the community to meet, engage, celebrate and relate over craft coffee, specialty teas, indulgent eats and local arts.
We have expanded in Denton and are looking to build a team that will replicate our success and introduce Denton to the true Duino experience!

Duino is looking for experienced baristas to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, reliable and is passionate about our food, drinks and what our brand stands for. We have AM and PM shifts available.
Requirements, Qualifications & Physical Demands
- At least 1 year barista experience is required. There is a practical portion of the job interview where your skills will be tested.
- Craft coffee experience preferred, but not required
- Register and cash handling experience is preferred, but not required
- Cross-training on food preparation may be required, but not initially
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate effectively with fellow crew members and customers.
- Available to work some early morning (starting as early as 6:30am) and/or evenings. We close at 7:00pm; we do not have late shifts.
- Availability on Sunday is a huge plus, either AM or PM shifts.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $15.00/hour.
