Shift Manager Requirements and Responsibilities

• This person should have the ability to take initiative and effectively resolve conflicts.

• Ability to multi-task and lead the team through busy hours

• Experience in QSR, fast-casual or retail

• Ensures the store delivers a great product and outstanding customer service in a clean and welcoming

atmosphere.

• Responsible for assisting the store manager with maintaining and increasing sales and profits for the

store thru administration duties, cash and inventory controls and execution of policies and procedures.

• Have high standards for cleanliness and organization and work together with the team to maintain

them

• Previous experience in a leadership role
