Dubols Home Care is Hiring a Registered Nurse Near Laurel, MD
- FULL TIME starting at $93,400 ($88K annually Gas Reimbursement additional $5,400.00. nontaxable!)
- 5 weekdays between 8:00am - 5:00pm
- 4-6 patients each day.
- No Nights! No Weekends!
Position Overview:
- The RN will create the plan of care, maintain accurate patient records, administer medication monitor for side effects, record vital signs, and report symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
- An LPN on your team will follow your "plan of care" for many of your patients to maintain your plan.
- Your working hours will be according to your work-life balance needs.
- All our nurses see clients between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM on weekdays. No nights and no weekends! Our schedulers will cluster your clients to keep your driving time between clients as short as possible.
- Creating "Start of Care" plans.
- Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
- Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
- Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
- Staying in communication with the team members and occasionally providing friendly oversight of other clinicians like LPNs, Physical Therapists, and Home Health Aides.
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in nursing is preferred, Associates is acceptable.
- Current state license as a registered nurse.
- Driver’s License and own car.
- Ability to communicate well in English.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, physicians, and staff.
- Basic computer skills.
- Professional, friendly attitude.
- Experience in the ER or Med-Surg is preferred. Experience in Home Care is a plus.
- An earnest desire to help clients heal at home.
