Customer Service Representative

Saxonburg, PA - Full Time

Reports to : Customer Service Manager Education and Experience Requirements : These requirements are at the discretion of the VP Sales.

Minimum is generally a high school graduate with 1 years of customer service or help desk experience.

Duties :

Responsible for responding to customer needs in accordance with established procedures

and guidelines.

• Professionally handles incoming requests from customers.
• Uses CMD database and other available support tools to analyze and satisfy customer

requirements.

Assures the customer is served; may forward issues to the Customer Service Manager or

other sales personnel.

• Works with Production Control and Shipping personnel to meet customer needs.
• Continuously evaluates and identifies opportunities for process improvements that

positively impact the customers experience.

Participate in the company Continuous Improvement Program or other initiatives to

improve our processes and customer services.

Responsible for the processing of incoming and outgoing orders, change order requests

and other interfaces with customers to ensure smooth order processing as assigned.

• Prepares order analysis information for the sales department.
• Responsible for providing support duties as needed by other members of the sales team.
