Program Supervisor

Program Supervisor will supervise the operational, and recreational department for a (DHS) Family with Children site.

Key Responsibilities

• · Under the supervision of the Director of Operations: Oversee operational and recreational programs on-site.
• · Provide onboarding and ongoing training to shelter operation staff.
• · Evaluate operational and recreational program’s effectiveness and develop methods to improve outcomes.
• · Facilitate trainings and complete audits to ensure the programs are in compliance.
• · Create relationships with community resources and agencies that will enhance the programs.
• · Work with other program staff to develop strategies to improve client well-being on site.
• · Facilitate group trainings with clients and/or staff.
• · Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications: BA and/Masters in Human Services field. 2 years of relevant experience working in DHS (Family with Children) shelter. Experience working with People with health, homelessness, poverty, and cultural/language issues. DHS CARES experience. F80 holder, NARCAN trainee and Food Handlers (a plus).

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
