Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Serve as a project coordinator working with technical leads on projects.
- Responsible for maintaining Microsoft Project Plans
- Coordinating meetings, driving action items, thinking analytically
Typical task breakdown:
- Control meetings
- Collecting updates
- Taking action items
- Plan analysis
Interaction with team:
- Frequent- Email, MS teams, in person
Work environment:
In the office and at home
Education & Experience Required:
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 year work experience
Technical Skills
(Required)
- 2-3 years of Microsoft Project
- Previous project management/coordinator experience
- Good Writing Skills
(Desired)
- previous Client experience a plus
Soft Skills
(Required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal communications
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
