Position Summary:

The Value Stream Manager will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the strategic alignment and operational efficiency of the necessary value streams. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding cross-functional teams towards enhancing processes, reducing waste, and ultimately delivering maximum value to our customers.

The Value Stream Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of value stream maps to identify value-added activities, non-value-added activities, and areas for improvement.

• Proactively seek out and secure strategic partnerships, engaging in negotiations to secure contracts that align with organizational goals and bolster our competitive edge.

• Collaborate with finance and senior leadership to develop and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for each value stream. Analyze financial performance, identify areas of opportunity, and implement strategies to improve profitability while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with teams across departments, including production, supply chain, engineering, and quality, to streamline processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Leverage insights from value stream(s) and market analyses to inform broader marketplace strategies, contributing to the enhancement of business models and competitive positioning.

The Value Stream Manager should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience in managing value stream and P&L responsibilities, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
