The Production Supervisor Will :
- Supervise plastics manufacturing operations, create production schedules, and reach KPIs
- Manage inventory, material shortage, and maintenance plans to optimize workflow.
- Implement lean manufacturing and uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate across teams for operational efficiency and improvement.
The Production Supervisor Must Have :
- Previous experience leading a team in the plastics industry and / or heavily regulated environment.
- Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and practices
- Prior experience with ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
