With its Corporate Headquarters located in Central Florida, DSI Management, LLC specializes in the management of communities for the elderly, residential and community training programs for the developmentally disabled, and a full range of healthcare services to individuals in their homes.

As a member of our staff, you will be providing vital administrative support to one of our many partners throughout Florida.

Purpose:

This position will provide administrative support to the Vice President of Administration in daily tasks and will aide in the essential administrative requirements of DSI Management.

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for Fleet Management, process vehicle registrations, and disabled parking permit renewals.
  • Assist Marketing team with follow up call backs to prospects as needed.
  • Manage surveillance camera system for all locations. Download camera footage for any incidents.
  • Assist recruiting/HR team with screening applications.
  • Wex allocation monthly report and process monthly invoices.
  • Allocation of hours billed.
  • Aid the IT department with coordination of phone equipment, services, and troubleshooting for all programs.
  • Coordinate and manage the authorization, payment, and backup documentation for construction projects for all companies and facilities.
  • Complete insurance applications, maintain database of coverages, provide renewal requests for documents and maintain/update certificates of insurance.
  • Select company copiers and track the costs, the usage, and maintenance issues.
  • Issue door badges for new hires and track badge permissions and replacements. Manage locking of doors in Cascades for special events and holidays.
  • Notify supervisor of any irregularities and/or policy exceptions. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualification:

High School Diploma/GED.

Proficient in Excel, good word processing and organizational skills.

Must be able to do repetitive typing motions with the hands.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

One-Year Administrative Experience Preferred.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22.00
